laura davisi am only here a few more days - my last day is tomorrow. what an incredible experience this has been! so challenging and so fun! i've learned a lot about teaching and gained greater confidence in my teaching skills. i feel very fortunate to have had this time here as an instructor and to have worked with such a talented group of students. it will be hard to leave.
thursday i will be joined by joanna gollberg who will be teaching the last 4 weeks of the session. that evening we will both give our instructor slide show/artist talk for the school.

Great projects! Would you mind telling me what your students used to score their metal? We had a great "scoring tool" that we used in college, it was like a sharp crochet hook with a wooden handle. No one can remember where it came from or can find a place that sells them. Thanks
thank you! they used a triangular file for scoring. not sure about the tool you are describing but it sounds great.
