raissa bump is coming for a visit today. i am about to go to the airport to pick her up and i can't wait for her to arrive. we've been talking about spending time together in the studio for awhile now and then a visit this january just made sense. she will be here for a week!
raissa and i met a few years ago when i was her assistant here at penland. we worked well together - there is a lovely give and take between us and i am really looking forward to sharing my space with her. i will be blogging daily.
